Privacy Policy

• What you send us through a contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
• For our agents, the account details they sign in with and the client, listing and deal records they keep in the CRM.
• When an agent connects a Google account, the Google data described below.

An agent may connect their Google account so the CRM and their Google Calendar stay in step. With their permission, the CRM:

• Reads and writes events on their Google Calendar, so showings, closings and appointments appear in both places.

We use this data only to provide those features to the agent who connected the account. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine learning models. People at STETSN do not read it except with the agent's permission, for security, or where the law requires.

STETSN Real Estate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

An agent can disconnect at any time from the CRM or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When they do, we delete the access tokens we hold and stop syncing.

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it to run the service.

Only the service providers that host and run the site and the CRM, under agreements that bind them to protect it, or where the law requires. Never for anyone's marketing.
